After Villa Pepita’s success story, Simone & Mike is all the more eager to look for a dream spot. This second dream project was named Casa Habiba, a fully renovated luxury villa in the Andalusian mountains on the edge of the village of Colmenar and a 30-minute drive from Malaga center and the airport.
On arrival, Casa Habiba shows a seemingly simple wall with an authentic wooden gate. When you walk in you are immediately engulfed by the breathtaking Andalusian beauty that the villa thrives in: Casa Habiba offers 360 degree views over the Axarguia Mountains. And this, is your private paradise, like the riads in the Medina of Marrakech where simple facades house the most beautiful luxury gems. It is not for nothing that the name of this new baby girl is Casa Habiba, which is Moroccan for sweetheart.
Faithful to the identity of its environment and heritage, the traditional finish was used, made of high-quality materials, so that both the aesthetic value and ease of use flourish. The natural shapes and elements of the original structure and its original location have been preserved and extended throughout the design: outside there is a kidney-shaped swimming pool and an outdoor karakol shower. Inside, the Stuc deco walls and floors flow into each other in warm, natural tones as an organic whole. The windows in every room were opened up and raised, so that the impressive environment becomes part of the interior.

"We were the first guests to stay in this beautiful casa. A lovely house in a fantastic location.
Exceeded our expectations, breathtakingly beautiful and fully equipped.
All accommodation in and around the house is more than in tip-top order. Everything has been thought of.
It was lovely to stay here. We enjoyed a lot.
THANKS FOR THE GOOD VIBES!"
Structurally, the villa consists of a central living space, flanked on either side by a wing each containing the bathrooms and sleeping quarters. The central area has a very spacious and open kitchen, fully equipped with an almost professional equipment (a mother of three and a restaurant owner of several businesses leave nothing to chance). Add to that an extensive outdoor kitchen with plancha, Ofyr bbq and extra fridge and the better hobby chef knows how to get his heart and guard on here! Just like its guests of course, for which there is sufficient space at the comfortably long dining table with 12 chairs that is somewhat hidden to form the ideal shade in the summer and keep the place nice and wind-free in the late seasons.
Adjacent to the open kitchen, the large living room gives from its vintage seating area through the high windows all around a view of the beautiful outdoor area with the lounge area, sky blue swimming pool and… again the breathtaking Andalusian mountains. The outdoor area is therefore equipped with various outdoor terraces to enjoy the views that Casa Habiba offers from every angle – each one is a work of art.
